How long does Gather take to learn?
Team members usually get onboarded in just 24 hours — Gather is quite visual and intuitive and designers usually find it quite refreshing compared to other, more complicated software solutions.

What level of support can our team expect?
This depends on the plan that you choose. All plans, however, include built-in chat support with fast response times. Higher tier plans include a dedicated support rep that can help with deeper questions and training.
We have also created hundreds of searchable help documents and videos to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Is Gather reliable? We’ve tried other interior design software that has been frustratingly difficult to use, slow, and buggy.

Gather was founded by an interior design industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in design and design management, and a software “User Experience Designer” with over 25 years of experience designing user-friendly, beautiful software for the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Panasonic, and other amazing brands.

What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Just click a button to unsubscribe whenever you need to. No need to talk to someone. Yearly subscriptions include a significant discount but cannot be cancelled until your contract is over. That’s why we recommend you start with a monthly plan and only consider the yearly contract once you are sure Gather is right for your team.
