This depends on the plan that you choose. All plans, however, include built-in chat support with fast response times. Higher tier plans include a dedicated support rep that can help with deeper questions and training.

Gather was founded by an interior design industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in design and design management, and a software “User Experience Designer” with over 25 years of experience designing user-friendly, beautiful software for the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Panasonic, and other amazing brands.

What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Just click a button to unsubscribe whenever you need to. No need to talk to someone. Yearly subscriptions include a significant discount but cannot be cancelled until your contract is over. That’s why we recommend you start with a monthly plan and only consider the yearly contract once you are sure Gather is right for your team.
